In recent years, our team has been particularly successful in raising funds for innovative companies and has succeeded in establishing itself as a major player in French Midcap Equity Capital Market transactions and particularly in IPOs.

For listed companies, we offer a large range of services such as sponsored research, liquidity contracts or listing sponsor.
