  Our team of 8 analysts Is focused on French Small & Mid Caps. Our research comprises both growth stocks and value names but Is tilted toward Innovative companies (new forms of energy, IT & tech, biotech/medtech, etc.). We also cover a lot of ecological transition plays (hydrogen, renewable energy, green chemistry, etc.). As we believe financial analysis and ESG research are two sides of the same coin, our analysts perform both, enhancing their deep knowledge on covered companies.

  Our Corporate Finance team structures various deals to enable companies to accelerate their growth or reorganise their capital. We execute operations such as IPOs, right issues, capital increases, share disposals and public M&A. In recent years, our team has been particularly successful in raising funds for innovative companies and has succeeded in establishing itself as a major player in French Midcap Equity Capital Market transactions and particularly in IPOs.

  Corporate Access organizes meetings between the top managers of listed French SMEs and European institutional investors. Each year are organized digitally and/or in person, 1 Conference bringing together more than 90 companies over 2 days, 3 sectorial seminars, around 50 roadshows in France and abroad, site visits as well as several expert sectorial presentations.
