Accelerated Book Building (ABB) of €168m of 1.5m ordinary shares at €13.70 per share,
7.3% discount to the last close,
The final size of the transaction increased to approximately 1.5 million shares / c. 10% of the share capital and c. 28% of the free float,
70% of the demand came from international asset managers,
The Offer was oversubscribed at a rate of 3.2 times.
Portzamparc acted alongside BNPP CIB as Joint Global coordinator for the transaction.
