HRS Rights Issue

Portzamparc BNP Paribas advised Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (www.hydrogen-refueling-solutions.fr), a French company designing, manufacturing and installing hydrogen refueling stations, on its €8.5m rights issue.

Portzamparc BNP Paribas acted as Joint Global Coordinator of the transaction.

👉 Details of the transaction:

• The rights issue was launched at a subscription price of €1.90 per share.
• The transaction raised a total amount of €8.5m, representing c.4.5m new shares issued.
• The offer represented approximately 29% of HRS’ share capital.
• The rights issue gathered an overall subscription ratio of 82%.
• At the end of the transaction, the funds raised were intended to support international development and R&D activities
• The transaction was completed in December 2025.
