The operation is part of a broader ~€14m global financing plan, aimed at providing the company with additional financial resources for medium-term expenses (operational expenditure, innovation financing, optimization investments, debt interest payments).
The proceeds will enable Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies to pursue the acceleration of its commercial and industrial development.
