Capital increase via ABB (Accelerated Book Building) at a price of €13.2 per share, i.e. a 2.2% discount to the last closing,
Final size of the transaction increased to approximately 3.9 million shares / €52 million / c. 19.0% of the share capital,
The Offer was oversubscribed at this price, mainly by domestic and international investors Long Only.
The success of this operation will enable Waga Energy to finance new production units, particularly in the United States, a strategic market for the company, which has already achieved a number of commercial successes in recent months.
