• Capital increase with preferential subscription rights at a price of €13.70 per share, at a ratio of 3 new shares for 8 existing,
• 21.8% discount to the TERP,
• Final size of the transaction increased to approximately 35.7 million shares / c. 37.5% of the share capital,
• The Offer was oversubscribed at a rate of 1.1 times.
