Capital increase via ABB (Accelerated Book Building) at a price of €3.68 per share, i.e. an 18.4% discount to the last closing,
Final size of the transaction increased to approximately 3.3 million shares / c. 17.0% of the share capital / c. 49% of the free float,
The Offer was subscribed mainly by domestic investors c. 60%.
The success of this operation will enable 2CRSI to acquire additional resources to accelerate its development in the field of Artificial Intelligence, by securing its supplies of components from NVIDIA to equip servers.
